We offer free estimates on all repairs. Many small repairs and all sensor cleanings are done in-house. In-depth and all warranty claims are sent to factory authorized service facilities. Those repairs typically take 4-6 weeks and we must charge upon accepting the repair for shipping, packaging, handling and insurance - usually a $30.00 fee. All warranty repairs require a copy of the proof of purchase.
